6. Coffee
Ground coffee and coffee beans need to be stored in cool, dry, dark spaces. Your fridge is cold and moist, so 2 of the 3 criteria are not met. The moisture in your refrigerator will make the coffee beans stale. If you have an oversupply of coffee beans, rather freeze them.
Make sure you store them in airtight bags to keep moisture out. Some people store brewed coffee in the fridge, but the cold diminishes the coffee’s flavor.
